Citizenship Test Buddy is a practice tool. It helps you rehearse the civics questions out loud, the way an officer asks them. It is not the real test, and it is not part of any official process.

Nothing in this app is legal advice. We are not lawyers and we are not your legal representative. For advice about your application, your case, or your eligibility, talk to an immigration attorney or an accredited representative.

We are an independent company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Department of Homeland Security, or any other government agency. The official questions and current answers are published at uscis.gov/citizenship/testupdates.

Answers about officeholders — your governor, your senators, your representative — change with elections. We keep them up to date and show you when they were last checked, but you should confirm them before your interview.

We cannot promise any result. Your readiness score and pass likelihood are estimates based on your practice in this app — they are study feedback, not a prediction and not a guarantee. Passing your interview depends on the officer, the questions asked, your English test, and your own preparation.

Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us at louisricard10@gmail.com if you think someone else has access to it.

The full test costs $29.99 one time. There is no subscription and nothing renews. It gives one person — you — unlimited access to all 128 questions, unlimited practice sessions, and your readiness dashboard.

Please do not share your account, resell access, or copy the question bank out of the app for other products. Organizations that need access for many learners have a separate license — see For Organizations.

Organizations buy seats. One seat is one learner, activated with a code, and that access is permanent for that learner. Each activated seat includes fair use of up to 25 full practice exams. If an account goes well beyond that, we will contact the organization to talk it through before we restrict anything.

7 days, no questions asked. If the app is not right for you, email us within 7 days of your purchase and we will refund the full $29.99. You do not need to give a reason, and we will not ask for one. Refunds are processed within 7 days of your request.

We work to keep the app running, but we cannot promise it will never be down. We may add, change, or remove features. If we ever stop selling the app entirely, we will give existing buyers notice by email.

To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any claim connected to this app is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not responsible for outcomes in your immigration process.

How we handle your information is described in our privacy policy. In short: we store no audio, we never sell your data, and we never share anything with any government agency.
